Armed police in drugs raid

ARMED police stormed a home in Calne this morning in a dawn drugs raid.
Calne cops raided the home in Dixon Way and found a stash of what is believed to be Class A drugs and a substantial amount of cash.
Officers arrested a male in his 30s who is in custody waiting to be interviewed.
Sgt Phil Connors, of Calne Police said: "We will always act upon any information received about the use of drugs in Calne.
"I can assure residents that any information they give us will be acted upon.
"We urge anyone who knows of drug dealing or users in the town to contact either Wiltshire Police on 0845 408 7000.
